Is there a minimum age for guests?
Our apartments are furnished with adults in mind, therefore we only allow adults and children aged 12 and above as guests in our apartments.
Do you have onsite parking?

Do you have to pay a deposit?
Yes, it is mandatory. We kindly request that you visit the link to your secure guest portal. There, you can add your credit/debit card information for the security deposit.
When do I get my deposit back?
The security deposit is only held as a pending transaction and not charged to your account. Although it may reflect as a charge on your statement, rest assured that the amount held is released within 3-7 days* after your checkout, Subject to the inspection of the Apartment.
What is the minimum age to book an Apartment?
The lead guest must be 21 to book an apartment. The lead booker must accompany guests under 21.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts from 15:00 – 20:30
Checkout is at 11:00 prompt
How do I Check-in?
Check-in is a meet and greet at the property. Detailed check-in information can be found your guest portal after the check-in requirements have been completed.
Can I have an early Check In?
Early check-in is available upon request through your guest portal, subject to availability. Please note there is a fee of £35 for an early check-in.n.
Can I have a late checkout?
Late check-out is available upon request through your guest portal, subject to availability until 13:00. Please note that there is a fee of £35 for a late check-out..
How do I checkout?
Simply leave the Key fob on the coffee table or hallway table. For security, please close the apartment door when you checkout.
Do we need to upload photo IDs?
Yes, ID is required for check in. All guests need to upload photo IDs into the secure guest portal to complete the verification process.
Do you have a facility for children?
We don’t allow children under 12
Can I bring my Pet?
We don’t allow pets on the property.
Does the price include towels and bed linen?
Yes, the rental cost includes towels and bed linen. Our apartments are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for our guests.

Do you have air conditioning or a cooling system in the apartments?
Yes, our apartments are equipped with portable air conditioning machines.
How far is the train station?
We are 6 mins walk to the Jewellery Quarter train station. 1min by car.
Do you have fast WIFI in the Apartments?
Yes, we have fast WIFI in all of the apartments
Can I show my Photo IDs and pay the Damage Security on arrival at the Apartments?
All guests must upload their Photo IDs authorise their Damage Security Deposit on the Guest Portal at least 48 hours before check-in. For last-minute bookings, these requirements must be fulfilled before arriving at the property. We do not accept Photo IDs or Damage Security on arrival.
How many bathrooms are there in the apartments?
We have a total of 14 apartments in our complex. Among them, we offer different variations, including two-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms, two-bedroom apartments with one bathroom, one-bedroom apartments with one bathroom, and a duplex apartment spanning two floors with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Are there cameras inside the property?
Yes, there are surveillance cameras located in the public areas both inside and outside the building.
