House Rules
PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PROPERTY IS MONITORED 24 HOURS BY SECURITY CAMERAS IN ALL ACCESS AND COMMUNAL AREAS.
1. Lead guest minimum age 21.
2. The Lead, Booker, must accompany all guests under 21 during their stay at the Apartment.
3. Mandatory: All guests staying overnight must provide ID to the Guest Portal. ID must be presented at Check-in.
4. A Mandatory Damage Deposit of £200 per Apartment is required.
5. Check-in: After 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM (please confirm arrival time)
6. Only guests who have provided ID in the Guest Portal are permitted to stay overnight.
7. Exceeding the specified number of guests per Apartment is not allowed and will result in all guests' eviction. No refund for the reservation or security deposit.
8. Checkout: 11:00 AM
9. Early check-in and Late checkout requests - fee of £30, depending on availability.

13. No children and infants
14. Only accommodate children 12+
15. No excessively loud music or noise during your stay
16. Quiet hours are between 23:00 - 07:00 inside your Apartments, Inside the Courtyard and outside the Property. Please respect the neighbouring properties.
17. No Pets
18. No Smoking or Vaping, no use of Laughing Gas or balloons in the APARTMENTS, out of WINDOWS or in the COURTYARD, and no candles are allowed. This will result in all guests' eviction, no refund, and loss of Security Deposit.
19. No dirty shoes on carpets or rugs
20. If the Apartment is left excessively dirty or requires more than a standard cleaning, an additional £60 will be charged.
21. Damage or soiled linen or rugs will be charged accordingly.
22. PLEASE BE AWARE FAKE TAN AND HEAVY MAKEUP DAMAGE THE LINENS AND TOWELS, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
23. Any damage to the Apartment or items within the Apartment will be deducted from the security deposit. Any items missing from the Apartment will be deducted from the security deposit. The lead guest will be liable for additional costs if the damage caused or missing items exceed the security deposit value.
24. Please note that Apartments decorated by guests (including the use of any confetti) will carry a professional cleaning services charge of £250.00 per Apartment per stay. Confetti of all kinds are not permitted throughout the Aparthotel.
25. Violating house rules, disturbing other guests, or being abusive to our Team will result in all guests' eviction and no refund for the reservation or security deposit.
POLICY
Our Serviced Apartments Complex requires guests to provide identification (IDs) and Damage Security Deposits for bookings with age restrictions. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and security of our property and protect the interests of our guests, staff and business. The reasons behind these requirements:
1. Identification (IDs):
Asking guests to provide identification helps us verify their identity and age. By confirming the identity of our guests, we can ensure that the person making the booking is authorised to do so, preventing any potential fraudulent activity or Criminal activities. Additionally, age restrictions may be in place due to legal requirements or specific policies related to the property.
2. Damage Security Deposits:
Requiring a Damage Security Deposit helps protect our property and covers any potential damages caused by guests during their stay. This deposit acts as a form of insurance, ensuring that we have the necessary funds to repair or replace any items that may be damaged. In addition, it encourages guests to treat the Apartment respectfully and discourages reckless behaviour. By implementing these measures, we aim to maintain a safe and secure environment for all our guests while safeguarding our property from potential damage. We understand that these requirements may inconvenience some guests, but they are essential to ensure a positive experience for everyone and maintain the quality of our accommodations.
